KIND VEIL TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of kindveil.com and purchases from Kind Veil. By visiting the site, creating an account, subscribing, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked on our website.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

We may accept, limit, cancel, or decline an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or misuse of a promotion. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, and duties may be added where applicable. PROMOTIONS, BUNDLES, AND GIFTS
Promotions are subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase, may not be combined unless stated, and may be changed or ended where permitted. Free gifts have no cash value. If a qualifying bundle is returned, promotional gifts must also be returned unopened or their stated value may be deducted from the refund.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

COSMETIC AND SPF USE
Perform a patch test where appropriate and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes and use products only as directed. SPF performance depends on correct application and reapplication. No cosmetic product can guarantee a particular result for every person.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Kind Veil name, logo, product imagery, copy, graphics, and site content are owned by or licensed to Kind Veil and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping only.
